Profusion Design will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security

When you place an order or access your account information, your order / enquiry will be routed through a secure server. Secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. To provide increased security, we have installed additional safeguards to the configuration of the system.

Your credit card details are not held by Profusion Design but are input directly, via secure encrypted software, on to the secure software and hardware owned and operated by PayPal. PayPal will approve and debit your credit / debit card details. Credit / debit cards will only be debited by Profusion Design when your order is dispatched.

In accordance with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1998 and 1984, to prevent unauthorised access, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you provide. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Profusion Design will apply its greatest endeavours to ensure that all goods and consignments are delivered by the date specified in the contract. Each delivery of the goods sold shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract.

All orders are despatched in good condition but should be examined on arrival. Ownership of the goods shall remain with Profusion Design until payment has been received in full. Goods will be at the buyer’s risk in all respects upon delivery.

Profusion Design reserves the right at any time to vary the price agreed in respect of any goods to take account of price variations beyond Profusion Design's control.

In the event of any happening beyond the control of Profusion Design or its supplies such as civil disturbances, strikes, etc., Profusion Design reserves the right without any liability to extend the contractual date for delivery or terminate the contract in whole or in part.
